Icy Strait Point Cruise Port – Alaska

Worked with Creative Writer Colette Piceau to come up with a Guest Narrative and Vision Plan for this existing cruise port in Hoonah, Alaska. My scope was Producer/Creative Director and Designer. I conducted historic research, met with tribal elders of the Tlingit in southeast Alaska in conjunction with the native-owned Huna Totem Corporation to understand their culture and important messaging to be relayed, put together a branding package based on existing facilities and offerings which we turned into a cohesive storyline that told the property’s history as well as celebrating the local past and present Tlingit culture. I created a Vision Plan document with conceptual renderings, and outlined the new creative intent for the port.
